Maker Faire

I went to a mini Maker Fair in San Diego and in the picture above is their slogan. There was really cool things there like robots, mechanical art, recycled art, things people made, things you could make and lots more!

Some people created games and showed others how to play them like this one. You can make your own games and have them printed too.

 

Someone brought out a large, metal, remote controlled walking giraffe and I took a picture of it for you.

 

This video camera took photos of the crowd and then could distort faces to make them look like famous people. Here I look like John F. Kennedy.

You coud also sign up for a robot making class and in the picture below I  am done putting it together and done programing it, so now it was time to play. I made my robot go in circles  and patterns. The robot followed the light from the flashlight because the robot has light sensors.

If you get a chance to go to a Maker Faire you definitely should because there is a lot to see, do learn and play!
